“Radioactive” is an ongoing project concerning our relationship with technology and the human digital imprint. It combines the urban with the natural, the rigid structures with the organic shapes,the naked body and a contemporary cultural tool for communication, the antennas. The human body coexists in both material and non-material spaces but mostly communicates and connects in contemporary amorphous networks, losing that which makes it more human, it’s own material embodiments and sensations. But even though, we might feel empowered with the possibilities offered by cyberspace, “Radioactive” set in a gloomy and bizarre plane, emphasises the vulnerability of the human state in this space of apparitions, that has led us to feel more disconnected than ever.
