“I am trying to find the line where chaos and freedom can coexist in harmony. I try to keep my images raw so they can be a primal instinct of my feelings. They reflect me more than any other object. With this in mind, I explore the field of pornography and understand how that can truly represent my emotions.”

George Kanis is a visual artist based in Athens. After finishing his degree in Arts, he realized that the academic world is not for him, it destroys his aesthetics instead of creating new ones. The medium of expression that stole his heart was photography. Though he sees it as a difficult art form, it can give you the ultimate freedom if you follow its disciplines.
