This season, PRNCPTL is in the kitchen. We’re serving courses of sweat and flavor across Europe and beyond. Paris lights the stove at FVTFR, before Athens sets the pot boiling with SMUT. Berlin’s MUENZE is our pressure cooker, and Brussels at C12 brings the heat. Amsterdam’s Parallel is where the sauce thickens, then we fly west: San Francisco simmers with MÜLL, and New York’s BASEMENT is the oven where everything rises. Finally, we plate the year in Prague at Ankali with DISH.

Each city is a different spice, each night a dish for our shared table. Join our feast!
